One of the things I have learned in dealing with other tech companies over the years is that they are often difficult to deal with. They might be good companies, but from a customer point of view, they can be cold and unfriendly.
When we founded Liberated, our goal was to create a different kind of technology company - a company committed to the highest quality products as well as good customer service. When it was time to create a slogan, "The Likeable Software Company" just seemed to fit.
So, we can't say that technology will never be uncooperative, but we can say a problem is never impossible – it’s an exciting challenge that we’ll handle with a smile!
